Our training sessions are done remotely using Zoom meetings. No matter where your team is located, we can bring everyone together to learn more about Sumac.

As your team changes and grows, free annual training is included in every Sumac CRM license level, so you can always get the training your team needs!

And if your team would like more training throughout the year, you can purchase additional sessions any time for $150/hour.

We also offer a comprehensive online Knowledge Base complete with help articles and How-to videos to help you navigate your database and get the most out of it. Users can also reference our online Users Guide and Administrator Manual any time.
