How to prepare for training

In order to get the most out of your training, you should watch the first five how-to videos HERE, and be prepared with questions.

Who should attend – You can include several staff on the training. It’s important to include staff members that will likely be using Sumac.

How to connect – We use TeamViewer (a small screen sharing program) to connect for training.

  • Single location: If your team is connecting to the training session from the same location, you can download TeamViewer in advance HERE
  • Multiple locations: If your team will be connecting to the training session from multiple locations, each team member should download and install TeamViewer onto their computer. For Windows, click HERE. For Mac, click HERE.
    Once your training session has been schedule, the Sumac Team will send a reminder email confirming all the details you’ll need to connect!
