6 Simple Steps to Apply for Canada Ontario Job Grant (COJG)

1. Do you qualify?

Most organizations, businesses, churches and non-profits are eligible. Government agencies at the municipal, provincial and federal level are NOT eligible. That would include groups like Public & Catholic School Boards, Hospitals and Children’s Aid Societies.

2. Get FREE Training Assessment by Clearview on your needs

3. Apply for The Grant Online

Takes about 90 minutes. Clearview helps you.

4. Get Approved

Usually within 2 weeks.

5. Pay for Training Upfront

Receive back from grant – sample:

  • $6,000 training = $5,000 Covered
  • Receive 70% of $5,000 = $3,500 when training starts
  • Receive 30% of $5,000 = $1,500 when training is complete

6. Training Delivered and Certificates Issued to Participants

Grant Coverage & Scope

  • Up to $10,000 per employee
  • For 99 or less staff you receive a grant to cover 5/6 = 83.3% of training costs
  • For 100 + staff you receive 1/2 = 50% of training costs
  • Any travel over 24 km to receive training, mileage is given to cover travel costs
