Get Sumac Silver

If you do not have Sumac installed on your computer now, then follow these steps:

1. Send us an email giving us your organization name and billing address. You should also specify which two specialized modules you want. Click here to send us an email requesting a Sumac Silver security code.

2. When we get your email, we reply, usually within one business day, with an email that contains a security code. It will also include an invoice which we expect to be paid promptly.

3. When you receive the security code, click Support, then download and run the current production release.

4. When Sumac asks you which database to use, click Single User Database. Then you are asked to enter your organization name (exactly as it was specified in the email you sent us) and the security code (which we have sent you). When you click OK, Sumac creates your database.

5. Log on using ID admin, and password admin.


If you are upgrading from a demo or Bronze version of Sumac, then follow these steps:

1. Send us an email giving us your organization name and billing address. You should also specify which two specialized modules you want. Click here to send us an email requesting a Sumac Silver security code.

2. When we get your email, we reply, usually within one business day, with an email that contains a security code. It will also include an invoice which we expect to be paid promptly.

3. The email we send you contains instructions on how to enter the security code into your existing Sumac installation.
